Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 14:00, check-out time 12:00 noon.

Late Check-out:

If you wish to check out after 12.00, you can stay in your room until 16.00 by making an additional payment of 6 Euros and until 20.00 by making an additional payment of 30 Euros.

About Your Reservation:

When your reservation reaches us, we will send you a confirmation email. Please bring a printout of this email and the credit card you used for the reservation with you. If you are the person who made the reservation, but some other people will stay in our Hotel, please inform us of those names.

Changes in Reservation

Any changes to the reservation with advance payment can be made via e-mail. Fulfillment of such requests depends on availability and price changes. If the check-in is less than 24 hours away, you need to call our reservation team from +90 312 4479 000 and ask for their help.

Cancellations and No-Show

Prepaid reservations are non-refundable. In the case of no-show on the reserved dates or cancellation of prepaid reservations, no refund is paid.

The reservations made by companies need to be taken under guarantee by providing the details of credit cards. You are allowed to cancel your reservation without any payment obligation, 2 days prior the check-in date following your confirmation of reservation.

Online reservation or cancellation requires a confirmation number. Cancellation request can be realized until 72 hours prior to check-in date.

If the guest does not arrive following the reservation confirmation, the room of the guest is held for his/her check-in until 18.00 and then one night’s fee is charged from his/her card. If the check-in is to be made at another time of the day, the Hotel needs to be informed accordingly.

Prepayment
When you make your reservation on the basis of non-refundable price category, your accommodation is paid in advance. Except for such cases, payment is made at the check-in.

Cash Payment

We offer 5% discount for cash payments.

Room Price
VAT, Breakfast and use of Spa’s general spaces are included in the room accommodation price.

Provision

When you make a reservation, the pre-authorization transaction may be performed as a requirement of credit card verification transaction. This is how hotels confirm that your payment will have provision. However, your card is not charged without receiving approval.

Damages
In the event that a damage occurs in your room or the equipment in your room during your stay, our Hotel reserves its right to use your credit card information as a remedy for such damages.

Smoking
We have smoking rooms in our Hotel. In the event that a guest smokes in our non-smoking room, the guest is charged with cleaning fee.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Children’s Policy
Children aged under 18 cannot stay in the Hotel, without their parent.
